Booking and Cancellations Policy

Please be courteous by providing us with at least 24 hour notice of any changes to your scheduled appointment. Reservations cancelled or changed with less than a 24 hour notice will be subject to a fee in the amount of the services booked as compensation for reserved space, and time of service provider.

Timeliness

For your enhanced relaxation, we suggest that you arrive 10-minutes prior to your appointment. Arriving late will shorten the time of your service. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

Special Considerations

Please help maintain the relaxing vibe and energy of our space by speaking in low tones, and silence electronic devices while visiting the spa.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for purchase. Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-redeemable if they are lost or stolen. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Gift Certificates need to be redeemed at time of service.
